TBF Built were engaged under a Design & Construct agreement to carry out a complete renovation of the Ground floor hospitality space along with minor works to 2 levels of accomodation above. TBF Built provided design finalisation for the hospitality space which included amenities, front bar and dining areas along with a commercial kitchen and wash area. After delivering stage 1 on time and on budget TBF Built is looking forward to undertaking the delivery of the stage 2 operations package for the new operator.
